TOWER PICNIC GROUNDS
San Jose's Premiere Picnic Facility

Information

A 25% Deposit is required on all PICNIC PACKAGES in order to reserve a date. Balance is due seven days prior to your event. All final counts must be submitted seven days prior and that number is Guaranteed by applicant.

The Tower is a private facility and only books one group per your scheduled time. Your group will have sole use of the Tower and all of its amenities.

Attendance Minimums
Saturday "Day Use" Picnics must guarantee a
minimum of 125 persons.

Evening and Sunday Picnics must guarantee a
minimum of 75 persons.

Picnic Hours
Saturday Day Use 11:00AM to 4:00PM
Sunday Day Use 11:00AM to 4:00PM

Cancellations
If you cancel within 90 days of your event date, half of the deposit will be retained and the remainder refunded.

There will be NO REFUNDS or rescheduling of an event within 45 days of your event date.

Rescheduling of events may be done up to 45 days of your event date. Providing another date is available

There will be a $35.00 charge on all returned checks and it will void your reservation.

Make checks payable to "TOWER, INC.".

Reservations are made on the basis of availability and with the understanding that the TOWER reserves the right to cancel with full refund, or make other arrangements for circumstances beyond its control. Every effort will be made to notify user of a cancellation at the earliest possible date.

Rules AND Regulations
The pool is considered closed until a lifeguard is present and the pool has been designated as open by the lifeguard.

Security may be required and assigned.

No glass of any kind is allowed in the facility or around the pool at any time.

No Dogs or Pets of any kind are allowed on Tower Grounds

No outside food or beverages of any kind may be brought into the facility unless approved prior to the event. Only those beverages served by your group are allowed, events attendees may not bring in their own food and beverages.

Tower provided music or amplified sound is controlled at the discretion of Tower staff

Under NO circumstance will alcohol be served to minors (under 21).

The TOWER reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the premises for unacceptable behavior or violation of the Rules and Regulations.

All Groups must be cleaned up and depart the facility at the designated time.

All San Jose Municipal Codes and State Laws apply.
